Maria was recommended to us by a friend who had Maria help them sell and then buy a new home. I have to say I have never met a nicer professional person than Maria. We were very nervous about selling our home. We had many questions and concerns. She was a breath of fresh air! Addressed every question. Calmed our nerves and sold our home in less than 3 weeks! WOW! She also helped us through the process of building a new home. She stayed on top of everything from the tiniest detail to the issues that seemed to large to handle. If I have need of a realtor again (and I am sure I will!), there is NO ONE I would rather have on my side than Maria!

Our experience with Maria was wonderful. I’ve actually worked with Maria a total of 3 times now. She helped me a few years back. My house that was up for sale had been sitting on the market for almost a year, and I was getting very unhappy with the realtor I had been working with. That realtor had a lot of clients and my house didn’t seem to matter much compared to some of her very expensive homes she was selling. So, nothing got done. A friend of a friend highly recommended Maria to me. She sold my house in 30 days! She was amazing. She truly cares about each of her clients. A year ago she helped my husband and I sell a home and buy a new home at the same time. Most people who have gone through this selling/buying business know that it can be a very stressful time. Maria guided us through every step along the way, and from day one she was on our side. She works extremely hard to get the job done. She is very professional and friendly and is very knowledgeable. She was so helpful, responsive and never once pushy. She went out of her way to always make sure we understood everything and was comfortable throughout the entire process. In a matter of three months we had sold the house and moved into the new one. She is great. We highly recommend Maria to anyone!

We have used Maria 3 times now. We have bought 2 homes and sold 1. She is extremely knowledge about her profession and is a no-pressure kind of realtor (which is a relief in todays market with pushy realtors). She handled all of the dirty work for us and we never had a worry one (in 3 different transactions that is hard to say)! She is speedy-fast and not only stays on top of her duties, she also stays on top of the other party as well to make sure you don't encounter any problems along the way. She is what a realtor SHOULD be. She is honestly one of the nicest people and the most knowledgeable realtor I've ever met. She make's the home buying and selling process extremely smooth and it's great she has lots of connections along the way to save you the most money when buying and selling! Maria is a dedicated professional. Maria sold my home for me and I can't thank her enough for her hard work. She is honest, energetic, and knows how to market real estate. I was a seller that moved out of state before the house hit the market. Maria was in constant contact, text, email and phone conversation keeping me updated on everything that was happening....until the Moore tornado took her house, car and cell phone just TEN days before the closing date! After only three days she was back online providing the same superior service! The closing date did not slip and the sale became final. You can't go wrong if you hire Maria to take care of your real estate needs !!
